What can I expect on the call?
The call will be 15-20 minutes long, and for most of it we'll be talking about your business and the challenges you're facing. We'll explain briefly how we work, but this is not a sales pitch in any way, it's about finding out what issues there are and what could be done to overcome them.
What do you do?
We're ecommerce turnaround consultants. We help stuck or struggling ecommerce businesses overcome all sorts of challenges, including poor sales, low profits and cashflow issues.
What sort of businesses do you work with?
We work predominantly with B2C and D2C ecommerce businesses, although we can also help B2B clients. This does not have to be pure-play ecommerce, many of our clients have offline elements too. We don't however work with Amazon or eBay only businesses, the main business would need to be on an ecommerce platform like Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento etc (although many will have an Amazon presence too). Most businesses are at least 3 years old and doing £400k+ turnover, although we also work with those doing less than that if we feel it can make a difference.
How does it work?
We get fully involved in your business, working alongside you to identify problems and make changes. We'll analyse all aspects of your company and advise you on strategies and tactics to improve it. This will cover wide-ranging elements from the website, customers and accounts to marketing and operations. We'll use all of our 20+ years in ecommerce in our own businesses and those we've helped to help you.
How much does it cost?
The Turnaround Program starts at £1500 per month depending on the size of the business and the complexity. In some cases there may be an option for Consulting Equity where we take a stake in your business for a reduced monthly fee.
How long will it take?
The minimum for most turnarounds is 6 months. There is an option to review it after 3 months if circumstances change. There's also the option to switch to monthly support/mentorship afterwards which can be very helpful.
