Fix Cashflow
Cashflow issues are a common problem in ecommerce. As part of your turnaround we'll implement tools and strategies to improve your current and future cash positions, including dealing with any debt if necessary.
Increase Profit
Once your business finances are stabilised, we'll move on to scaling your sales. We'll implement our CART methodology to rapidly increase sales, and train you on tracking progress with our Daily Compass.
Grow Sales
Our approach to profit goes well beyond normal year end accounts. We'll show you how to calculate your ideal profit levels, and find new ways to increase your profit throughout the business.
Who is the Turnaround Program for?
You'll be the owner of a B2C or D2C ecommerce business that is stuck, hit a wall, or struggling with cashflow, profit or poor sales.
Your main business is via an ecommerce platform like Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento etc (as opposed to only Amazon) or a custom build.
Your business is at least 2 years old and doing £200k - £2m turnover, although we also work with those doing outside of that if we feel it can make a difference.
We start with assessing your business finances, operations and marketing so we know where the problem areas are. We'll then tackle the biggest current issue, often cashflow, and help you get that under control. We'll help you with any other pressing issues, before implementing our blueprints for stabilising the business and increasing sales and profitability.
This isn't a course or training program, it's you and us working together to turnaround and build your business. We'll be with you all the way, though it'll be down to you to implement most of it, under our guidance. We'll have regular calls to make sure things are on track, and you'll have access to our shared workspace for day to day support.
How does it work?
Are results guaranteed?
After 90 days, usually any major issues have been resolved, and systems and processes have been implemented to restructure and solidify the business foundation. Actual results depend on where the business is at the start, and how quickly changes can get implemented. On your initial call we'll be able to give you some idea of what to expect based on previous clients results.
What if my business can't be helped?
We’ll discuss whether to explore a voluntary liquidation and if so our insolvency specialist will guide you through it. If you choose to continue with the business after liquidation, you’ll have the option for us to join you in the new business and help you rebuild it. This will all form part of the initial assessment of your business before we start.
What happens after the 90 days?
There are a few options once the initial 90 days is complete: 1) It ends and you continue on your own, 2) the program continues on a monthly rolling basis possibly focusing on growth, or 3) you can join our mentoring group for on-going support for as long as you want it.
How much does it cost?
The fees for the 90-Day Turnaround Program are based on turnover, starting at £5,000 for businesses under £1m turnover. This can be split over 3 months paid in advance. We will always aim to improve the business as quickly as possible so this is covered by those improvements where possible.
